The Fiscal Affairs Department (FAD) of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is seeking to recruit a resident tax administration advisor for the Central America, Panama, and Dominican Republic Regional Technical Assistance Center (CAPTAC-DR), based in Guatemala City. CAPTAC-DR is a multi-donor financed IMF center that delivers technical assistance and training to support capacity development in member countries, complementing headquarters-led activities. The Center provides targeted and flexible support at both national and regional levels, in coordination with development partners, with the aim of strengthening institutional capacity, fostering country ownership of reforms, and supporting regional integration.…
