About this role
As the OCN Monitor/Escort Lead Dispatcher , under general oversight and guidance from the Site Manager (SM) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM), you will provide supervision of others and provide day-to-day task management. May require detailed knowledge of local mission and site policies and SOPs. Responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of a team up to 20 Escorts. Uses experience and problem-solving skills to develop and improve processes, resolve conflicts, and ensures mission success. It is the Lead’s duty to (in coordination with the SM and ASM) maintain a safe workplace, to ensure that site policies are followed, quality standards are met, and tasks are completed on time.…
