About this role
About Team You’ll join the IPF Digital Hub CRM team, working with colleagues across six markets to create, deliver and continuously improve multi-channel customer communications. You’ll work closely with Marketing Managers, local CRM coordinators, Product and IT teams, combining customer insight, data and technology to build relevant journeys that improve conversion, customer experience and CRM coverage.
