About this role

Mission Brief You will be an integral part of the Avionics department, responsible for the Hardware Design of the Avionics Units at Isar Aerospace. You will report to the Director of Avionics and lead the Electrical Engineering team that designs, tests and integrates the PCBAs & Electronic Units of the Spectrum Launch Vehicle Your Role in Our Space Mission: Manage the Electrical Engineering Team programmatically and disciplinary, mentor and develop your team of 12 electrical engineers Manage related tasks and projects, monitor progress, and ensure completion within defined timelines Ensure engineering excellence for avionic units through requirements, reviews and continuous improvement Plan and carry out PCBA & Unit qualification and acceptance tests with your team…
