About this role

Mission Brief As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Additive Manufacturing, you are the technical authority and process owner for metal AM production (LPBF and related post‑processing). You ensure manufacturing readiness from prototype through series production, establish robust and scalable processes, and drive industrialization in close collaboration with Design, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain. You lead process capability, quality governance, and continuous improvement to deliver high‑yield, cost‑efficient, and repeatable AM production.
