About this role

Job Summary The IT Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the organization’s overall technology infrastructure. This includes robust network connectivity (LAN/WAN), hardware lifecycle management (computers and printers), server administration, specialized enterprise systems (Biometrics and Weighbridge), IP/Analog CCTV surveillance networks, and providing timely technical support to end-users to ensure business continuity.
