About this role
Job Purpose Act as Company’s on-site client representative and project civil engineer for the construction of a new 15,000 SqM warehouse at the logistics park, interfacing directly between the engineering consultant, the contractor and Company as the client. Ensure the warehouse – including the pre-engineered building (PEB) steel structure, foundations, floors, external works and M&E interfaces – is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, to the agreed quality and in full compliance with design, statutory and operational requirements.
