J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Excavation Field Manager to oversee our growing Sewer & Drain excavation operations. This position will be responsible for managing approximately 5 excavation crews, overseeing active jobs, coordinating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. We're looking for a strong field leader who understands excavation, underground utilities, sewer work, and how to keep multiple crews and projects moving.
