About this role

Lead Our Sewer Lining Operation & Multiple Field Crews J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for an experienced Sewer Lining Field Manager to take ownership of our growing sewer rehabilitation operation. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for managing multiple crews, overseeing active projects, coordinating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. We're looking for a proven field leader with strong underground sewer experience who understands sewer rehabilitation and knows how to manage people in the field. You should be comfortable overseeing 5+ crews, solving problems on active jobsites, and holding teams accountable for quality and production.…
