Operation Centre Shift Manager What you will do We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) as a Shift Manager. The GSOC Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the GSOC and for receiving, assessing, escalating, and/or responding to all events involving MS personnel (including vendors and contractors), assets, or property on a global basis. The OCSM is the first line supervisor for all personnel on his/her respective shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
