About this role

Project Manager , HVAC Taipei, Taiwan Responsibilities: Responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Systems Major Projects and / or Mechanical or Equipment Projects. Works with Owner and contractor sales and HVAC/BMS teams as needed to provide sales support/project resources and implement/refine SOP process with cost saving, value engineering, risk assessment etc. Requirements: Pre-bid cost & scope review & toll development. Site jobs/schedule planning. Projects Material/Progress follow up and coordination. VO cost review.
