A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责参与并发、选择、评估供应商；参与供应商的业绩评估，跟进改善措施落实；商务谈判和条款的确认（价格、付款周期、交货期 … ）；协助运作部门解决所负责供方交付、质量问题；物料和产品的成本结构分析，寻找和识别成本改善的机会，并组织和推动所负责物料成本下降项目的正常开展；支持新产品的开发；确保公司相关的新的规定及政策有效得到执行；负责完成部门经理和主管安排的临时任务； B. QUALIFICATIONS 任职条件 Work experience 相关工作经验 5 年以上工作经验，3年以上采购管理或供应链管理相关工作经验 Education b ackground, Competencies required , Certificates, Training 教育背景 , 对专业能力及相关证书、培训的要求教育背景：本科以上学历专业能力： 1. 具备HVAC行业知识，了解商品市场和 HVAC 行业的供应商（本地、区域性的和全球的） 2. 具备价格成本分析的能力，能建立物料成本模型 3. 具备 CPSM, PMP 认证优先 Language/Computer/Working equipment/Software/Tool requirement 语言 / 电脑技能要求 / 工作设备 / 软件 / 工具要求 1. 精通采购管理的工具、程序和采购流程 2 .熟悉合同法的商务和财务知识，采购条款和条件 3 .熟悉工程更改流程和产品开发流程 4 .熟悉 ISO和EHS的要求 5 . 流利的中英文说写能力 6 .熟悉ERP系统
