Key Responsibilities 1. Pre-Sales Technical Support Provide technical consultation and product selection support to customers, sales teams, distributors, and consultants. Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions. Support preparation of technical proposals, specifications, datasheets, and tender documents.
