Job Title: Compliance & Operations Analyst Experience: 3-5 years Location: Pune Job Description: We are seeking a skilled ERP compliance Analyst to manage & support the IT compliance framework. We are looking for someone who combines strong compliance knowledge with a practical and execution-oriented mindset. The successful candidate should be comfortable working hands-on, collaborating across functions, identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring compliance requirements are consistently implemented. Support day-to-day compliance activities, including but not limited to users onboarding, compliance monitoring and maintenance of regulatory records.
