About this role

What you will do Are you passionate about providing IT support to your colleagues? Join our team as an IT Support Specialist and contribute to the seamless functioning of our office, manufacturing, and logistics teams. How you will do it • Use weekly Status reports to build and deploy equipment for new hires. • Conduct hardware installation and provide ongoing support (e.g., Desktops, laptops, servers, tablets, mobiles, printers, specialized devices). • Complete the PC lifecycle management process by ensuring replacement machines are ready for users and retiring machines are processed to completion. • Support Identity and Access Management requests (e.g., provisioning, de-provisioning, access validation, authentication, network share, and troubleshooting).…
