Job Description Responsabilidades: Solucionar e resolver problemas técnicos de alunos e colaboradores. Realizar a manutenção e atualização das tecnologias e equipamentos da escola. Apoiar a implementação de ferramentas de tecnologia educacional. Fornecer treinamentos e suporte aos usuários. Habilidades: Forte conhecimento técnico e capacidade de resolução de problemas. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas tarefas e prioridades simultaneamente. Requisitos: Experiência em suporte de TI, preferencialmente em ambiente educacional.
