Senior Software Engineer – AI-Native Platform - C++ - GO - Rust Austin, TX (Hybrid, 2–3 days per week in office) Context & Impact Lansweeper is evolving its engineering organization toward an AI-native development model. We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build reliable, scalable systems while operating in an AI-augmented development environment. In the near term, you will contribute to the Discovery Team's work on Traffic Sensor evolutionary efforts, with AI capabilities at the center of everything we build. The team is responsible for ensuring system quality, architectural clarity, and scalable design across multiple parallel AI-assisted development streams.
