Payroll Specialist

Job Summary: This position is accountable for preparing and processing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. This includes audits of pay practices and policies, reconciliation and payment of payroll tax liabilities and various voluntary deductions and preparing manual checks as necessary. Qualifications: Education High School Diploma/G.E.D. (required) Work Experience Minimum two (2) years Computerized payroll experience (required) Minimum one (1) year Healthcare payroll (preferred) Minimum one (1) year With quarterly 941's and W-2 processing (preferred) Skills and Abilities Computer Skills 10-key by touch. Experience with ERP/Payroll systems. Computer Skills Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and time and attendance systems preferred.…
