About Us: The Quality and Performance Improvement department plays an important role in maintaining high standards of care, creating a culture of continuous improvement leading to optimal patient outcomes. As a dedicated support department, we actively collaborate with both clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure relevant, appropriate data collection, and analysis with the primary goal of improving patient outcomes.
