About this role
The Range Safety Officer’s primary duty is to ensure the safety of range users and the protection of LMGC property. RSOs are responsible to assist in the training and instruction of proper firearm use and development for the appreciation of recreational shooting sports. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the safety of all students, faculty, staff and visitors on a Liberty Mountain Gun Club (LMGC) range. Responsible to facilitate a safe environment for academic instruction in the safe use of firearms. Complete day to day operational tasks to ensure seamless function of LMGC facilities including: maintaining machine operations, grounds keeping, and monitoring facility cleanliness to ensure smooth operation of range.…
