About this role
The main purpose of this position is to support the academic and administrative work of the John W. Rawlings School of Divinity (RSOD). This position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events and travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all participants. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Plan and coordinate events, including conferences, meetings, and corporate functions. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations. Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
