As a Data & AI Governance Lead, you are the driving force behind embedding a data- and AI-driven mindset across Luminus. You ensure that governance is not just a control function but a true business enabler, laying the foundation for ethical, compliant, and impactful data and AI solutions in a highly regulated and fast-evolving energy context. What you’ll do Develop and maintain clear, actionable governance policies and frameworks for data and AI, aligned with our architectural vision and business priorities. Translate complex concepts into practical guidelines that empower business teams and ensure compliance with GDPR, EU Data Act, and AI Act.
