About this role

Power the future of energy with data intelligence As a GDIT Manager (Generation Data Intelligence Team Manager), you lead the transformation of data into actionable insights within our Generation department, shaping strategy, driving innovation, and maximising the performance of critical energy assets across Belgium. What you’ll do You build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, data engineers and ML engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You own and prioritise the full portfolio of data, analytics, ML, and AI use cases to maximise business value across Generation.
