About this role
As a Senior Wind Engineer , you’ll be a driving force behind the performance and reliability of the largest on-shore wind and BESS fleet in Belgium. You’ll take ownership of technical challenges, lead improvement initiatives, and collaborate across teams to maximise the long-term value of our renewable assets. What You’ll do as a Senior Wind Engineer? Resolve complex technical issues independently to boost fleet performance and reliability. Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using CMS, oil analysis, and SCADA diagnostics. Own technical improvement projects from concept to implementation. Coordinate on-site interventions with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and communication.…
