About this role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing service requests, maintaining the physical condition of the community, and supporting the successful execution of turn. This role plays a critical part in protecting the asset, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and well-functioning environment. Student housing moves fast — especially during peak season — so this position requires urgency, technical skill, and strong follow-through. Responsibilities: Complete assigned service requests in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, carpentry, and general maintenance issues. Communicate clearly with residents regarding work performed and follow-up needs.…
