The Role
Lyrebird Health is scaling fast across the NHS and international hospital groups, and the quality of our implementations is what turns a great product into real, lasting change for clinicians. As Implementation Manager, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of Lyrebird's ambient clinical documentation and digital dictation solutions; from the first scoping conversation through to go-live and handover to business as usual. You will spend time with customers on site in their clinical environment, to understand their challenges, build relationships and deliver a meaningful solution to them.
