THE ROLE
Lyrebird is hiring an Staff Software Engineer to own delivery and technical direction across one of our core product teams. The systems are genuinely complex: real-time AI in live clinical environments, where latency, accuracy, and reliability aren't trade-offs you get to make lightly. You'll work directly alongside Product, Design, and Clinical as an equal partner in defining what gets built and ensuring it actually ships, to the bar and cadence that a company at our stage demands.
