About this role
Reporting directly to the VP, Digital, the Ecommerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of the DTC business across Shopify, email, and SMS. This role partners closely with the Ecommerce Manager and CRM Manager to keep the site accurate and launch-ready, build and deploy customer communications, and ensure a seamless experience across digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who is comfortable moving between site updates, campaign execution, quality assurance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Location: Malbon HQ is based in Santa Monica, CA. We are currently operating from a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week in-office. This role is not eligible for remote or relocation.…
