About this role
We’re hiring! Malbon is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to our VP of Sales, this person will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our wholesale sales team by ensuring seasonal product information, sales tools, and operational processes are executed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while keeping multiple projects moving simultaneously.
Location: Malbon HQ is based in Santa Monica, CA. We are currently operating from a hybrid work schedule of 3 days a week in-office. This role is not eligible for remote or relocation.
