About this role

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The HR Representative II is responsible for day-to-day management of Tier 1 & Tier 2 queries from across the organization related to HR Service Center helping employees to address concerns and solve HR issues in collaboration with office-based HR teams. Acts as a point of contact for timely and accurately resolving queries received through HR SNOW and/or emails and communicates back to the requestor. Extends support to the other HR team members in recruitment and staffing, personnel records, benefits, HRIS and training (if needed). PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Functions as a contact for human resources (HR)-related questions, concerns, and issues.…
