About this role

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer / CDH Tech Lead to join Midland Credit Management on a Customer Decision Hub (CDH) program. The role demands deep expertise in Pega PRPC , CDH decisioning , and enterprise integrations . CSA , CSSA , CPDC certifications are mandatory ; LSA is preferred . Responsibilities & Skills Design and implement integration solutions for Pega CDH applications , including data ingestion from upstream systems using data jobs , data sets , Kafka , and Pega Stream rules . Configure and manage background processing , queue processors , job schedulers , file listeners , and FTP/SFTP connections .
