Job Description Responsabilidades: Implementar e realizar a governança do programa de melhoria contínua com foco em eficiência operacional; Identificar oportunidades e facilitar melhorias de processo, redução de desperdícios e redução de custos; Liderar o programa de 5S para garantir que as melhorias sejam padronizadas e melhoradas e manter a cultura de organização e limpeza; Facilitar Semana Kaizen utilizando metodologia Lean e liderar o programa de Quick Kaizen; Implementar e fazer a gestão do Roadmap de projetos e kaizen de redução de custos; Aplicar treinamentos com ferramentas lean; Liderar reuniões com a diretoria para revisão dos projetos e visão futura.…
