Registered Nurse, Mother & Baby - Nights

OVERVIEW The nurse provides safe, patient-centered care by assessing patients, giving medications and treatments, and creating and following individualized care plans. They also work with other healthcare professionals, educate patients and families, document care, and use critical thinking to ensure patient safety and improve the quality of care. SCHEDULE: 36-hours per week SHIFT: Nights ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
