OVERVIEW The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, assembling, sterilizing, storing, and distributing surgical instruments and medical equipment to support safe, high-quality patient care. This role operates and maintains sterilization equipment, prepares surgical case carts, manages supplies and inventory, completes required documentation, and helps ensure compliance with infection prevention standards.
