About this role

So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung der Bereiche Legal und Compliance, entwickelst diese strategisch weiter und stellst eine effiziente, praxisnahe Rechtsberatung sowie ein wirksames Compliance-Management-System inklusive Richtlinien, Prozessen und Kontrollen sicher. Dabei verantwortest du das gesamte Vertrags-, Rechts- und Compliance-Management – von der Gestaltung und Verhandlung komplexer Leasing-, Finanzierungs- und Kooperationsverträge über die Steuerung von Streitigkeiten, Prüfungen und externen Kanzleien bis hin zur Identifikation, Bewertung und Steuerung rechtlicher, regulatorischer und Compliance-Risiken.…
