About this role

So bringst du deine PS auf die Straße Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Debitorenteams (6 Mitarbeitende) inklusive Steuerung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung im Tagesgeschäft. Sicherstellung einheitlicher Prozesse, Standards und Qualitätsanforderungen sowie Ansprechperson für Eskalationen und fachliche Fragestellungen. Verantwortung für ein eigenes Kundenportfolio inkl. Mahnwesen und ganzheitlichem Forderungsmanagement (Normal-, Intensiv- und Problemkundenbetreuung). Klärung von Debitorenkonten in Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie Monitoring von Wertberichtigungen und Schadensforderungen. Erstellung von OP-Listen, Durchführung von OP-Meetings und Ableitung sowie Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung offener Posten.…
