Senior Executive - HR Specialist

Job Summary Based at HQ in Malaysia, this role supports the full spectrum of HR operations across MR. D.I.Y. International’s expansion markets. This role requires to work closely with internal HR team and third-party vendors remotely, under the guidance of the Senior HRBP, Manager. Key Responsibilities HR Services & Administration Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR correspondence for international markets based on approved templates and guidance from the HR Manager. Maintain and structure policy documents and employee handbooks, ensuring version control and easy reference across markets.
