About the Role We're looking for a focused, professional communicator to join our growing Verification team. In this role, you'll make structured outbound calls to landlords, property managers, and employers across the US to verify applicant information as part of the multifamily housing screening process. Every call you make directly supports fair, accurate, and timely decisions for our clients and the people they serve. This is not a sales, collections, or appointment-setting role.
