Overview: Job Description Summary: Collaborates with supervisor, manager, and Technical Director to maintain technical and procedural operations in the section. Assists and leads in project development/implementation, quality assurance, orientation training, continued education, and competency testing for staff. Job Description: Essential Functions: Researches, develops, and implements new or improved procedures and instrumentation, performing and/or reviewing quality control, and quality improvement and regulatory/compliance assignments. Develops, writes, and updates procedures as requested.
