Overview: Additional Job Description 1 Night Shift (7p-7a) 0.75 FTE, 30 hours/week Every Saturday & Sunday, plus one additional shift per two-week pay period. Benefits Eligible Flat rate premium weekend pay of $50.80/hour Job Description Summary: The Charge Nurse plans, directs, and evaluates the overall patient care and functions in a particular area during an assigned shift. Serves as a role model to positively influence culture and work environment. Practices professional nursing and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses.
