About this role

Compensation & Schedule Pay: $24.25/hr (Potential for Night Shift Differential) Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule (12.5-hour shifts) Shifts: Day (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Night (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) Career Growth: The Step Up Program We are looking for "Growth Minded" individuals. Through our Step Up Program, you have the opportunity and expectation to prepare yourself to reach Operator 2 status within 90–120 days. This milestone recognizes your ability to run high-speed lines independently and includes a formal title change and a pay increase. Key Responsibilities Line Operation: Set up and operate high-speed packaging machinery to meet daily production timelines.
