Shift Manager (Nights)

We are standing up a brand new production line. We'll need flexibility of shift during stand up due to training and collaboration. But once we move to Production - this position will support our Nights Production teams. SUMMARY The Shift Manager is a front-line operations leader responsible for improving Quality, Human Safety, and Product Cost Efficiency while engaging and developing talent. This role leads teams of 25-30 production associates, ensuring operational targets are met. The Shift Manager focuses on safety, quality, performance management, continuous improvement, and associate development for their assigned area.
