Pay Range: $22.61 - $30.15 The Cash Management Support Specialist is responsible for performing operational support duties for cash management products and services. Provides a full range of professional, technical, and general assistance to business customers and internal customers including: Fully supporting the Remote Deposit Capture product; performs business customer setups; prepares contracts, maintains business customer files; monitors product usage and system operations; and resolves problems within given authority. Complies with all policies and regulations and ensures that all security measures and controls are followed.
