Responsible for supporting the development, administration, and governance of the Company’s global compensation programs. Conduct advanced compensation analyses, maintain compensation systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations within the international energy and drilling industry. PRIMARY JOB DUTIES: Compensation Program Administration Support the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of global compensation programs, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and international market practices.
