Our team ensures IT services are deployed, monitored, and continually improved for colleagues and customers. This role is working on a hybrid basis from Hartlepool. You’ll work on the Change, Config & Release Team, managing the lifecycle of changes to internal and external IT systems from planned to emergency. Your role is to assess risks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure smooth implementation while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
