Du gibst die technische Richtung vor, triffst entscheidende Architekturentscheidungen und unterstützt dein Team dabei, Herausforderungen zu überwinden — gleichzeitig bleibst du nah genug an der Technik, um Arbeit zu reviewen, Ansätze kritisch zu hinterfragen und selbst vorzuleben, wie exzellentes Engineering aussieht.
