About this role

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our IT team and support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a basic technical background, good communication skills, and a passion for troubleshooting and solving technical issues. You will be responsible for supporting incident management, coordinating with relevant IT teams, following up on technical issues, and ensuring incidents are properly tracked and resolved.
