Job Summary Direct and manage renewable facility maintenance and on-site operations activities in order to optimize availability, reliability, and generation output across various types of renewable or storage technologies including solar photovoltaic generation. This role oversees safety, front line workers, contractors, compliance, and cost for direct site activities. Essential Functions Supervise a team of union front line workers performing preventative and corrective maintenance on plant systems and equipment. Ensures all OHSA, NERC, NFPA, federal, state, and other applicable codes and regulations are followed during the design, construction, repair, and operation of equipment.…
