Job Description 負責研析國內外環境永續趨勢、法規政策，以及客戶與其他外部利害關係人需求，評估其對公司營運之影響，並將相關需求轉化為具體行動方案。 透過跨部門協作及外部專業資源，規劃、執行與追蹤環境永續專案，協助公司達成環境目標及資訊揭露要求。 1. 永續專案管理： 依據外部趨勢、法規政策或利害關係人需求，規劃並執行企業減碳及環境永續專案。專案範圍可能涵蓋組織溫室氣體排放管理、能源與資源使用效率、碳權及永續供應鏈等議題。 2. 環境議題研析： 研析國內外ESG環境議題、法規政策、客戶要求及市場發展趨勢，評估其對公司營運之影響，並提出分析報告及因應建議。 3. 作業流程建立與持續優化： 依新興議題及專案需求，建立並持續優化跨部門合作流程，包括權責分工、流程設計、進度追蹤及執行落差分析，並提出改善建議。 4. 永續績效管理： 支援公司ESG環境目標、行動方案及績效指標之追蹤與管理，分析實際執行成果與目標之落差，並提出改善建議。 5.…
