Job Description 1.SMT設備維護與保養： -定期進行SMT設備的檢查、維護與保養，確保設備正常運行。 -設計並執行設備保養計劃，預防設備故障。 -設備各項流程及標準化制定 -優化 PM 計畫,降低 MTTR/提高 MTBF 2.設備故障排除與修復： -快速響應生產線上的設備故障，進行故障診斷與修復。 -分析故障原因，提出並實施改進措施，防止故障重複發生。 -定期檢查&排除生產設備周邊安全隱患-工安事件管理 3.設備優化與技術改進： -根據生產需求，對SMT設備進行優化與技術改進，提升生產效率與產品品質。 -參與新設備的選型、安裝與調試，確保設備符合生產要求。 -新技術自動化的研究導入，提升自動化水準 4.生產支持與技術指導： -為生產線提供技術支援，解決生產過程中的技術問題。 -指導操作人員正確使用設備，確保操作規範與安全。 -組織人員工作技能提升&監督管理，制程品質提升 -依據生產排程合理安排，設備指標管理 5.資料記錄與報告： -記錄設備維護、故障排除與技術改進的相關資料，撰寫技術報告。 -分析設備運行數據，提出改進建議，提升設備運行效率。 6.…
